Rue Anemone

This spring promises abundant wildflowers, a nice return for getting battered with lots of rain the last few weeks. Here’s Rue Anemone, a pretty white flower:

It was an incredible windy day. The flower looks still, but it almost blew flat to the ground in the big gusts.

  1. Ugh, wind is my nemesis and we’ve had so MUCH of it lately! Like keeping focus with a macro lens isn’t enough of a challenge? 🙂

  2. Love the detail in the lower leaf to balance out the composition. Photographing flowers on windy days is the ultimate test of anyone’s patience!
