Seeds and fibers

Lately I’ve been exploring the seed phase of flowers. Three follow: common milkweed, Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia), and a tiny aster:

  1. I might have recognized all three, but the treatments are delightful. I especially like the Black-eyed Susan. Theres a lot to admire in that one: the sense of movement, the unusual colors, the hairs. Even the pattern in the disk flowers is visible — amazing.
