Geranium
A garden geranium:
The native Geranium maculatum haven’t started blooming yet, but the hybrid geranium are blooming profusely in my yard. Out in the woods, mayflower (Maianthemum canadense) are blooming along with starflower (Lysimachia borealis).

There’s so much to enjoy in this single photo: the color, the selective focus, the composition. My geraniums never looked so good!
Thanks so much! The flowers were so beautiful, I photographed in a light rain, my only opportunity that day – the rain got heavier.
